Content Policy

MintFace is an AI-powered platform that generates photorealistic fictional personas across multiple content tiers, including adult content. This Content Policy defines what is and is not permitted on our platform. All users must comply with this policy at all times.

1. Content Tiers

MintFace offers three content tiers with different access levels:

• SFW (Safe for Work) — Lifestyle, fashion, fitness, and marketing content. Available to all verified users.
• Suggestive — Lingerie, implied nudity, artistic poses. Requires age verification.
• NSFW (Not Safe for Work) — Explicit adult content. Requires age verification. 18+ only.

2. Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited across all tiers. Creating, attempting to create, or distributing such content will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Zero tolerance. Any content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors (anyone under 18) in sexual or suggestive situations is absolutely prohibited. This includes:

• Explicit or implicit sexual content involving minors
• Content depicting individuals who appear to be minors
• "Aged up" depictions of characters originally depicted as minors
• Any sexualization of minors regardless of artistic style

Violations will be immediately reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and applicable reporting bodies.

2.2 Non-Consensual Content

• Depictions of rape, sexual assault, or coercion
• Non-consensual pornography ("revenge porn") or deepfakes of real individuals
• Content depicting any non-consensual sexual scenario

2.3 Real People Without Consent

• Content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit written consent
• Using the service to create deepfakes or impersonate real people
• Content designed to harass, defame, or harm specific real individuals

2.4 Other Prohibited Content

• Bestiality / Zoophilia — Sexual content involving animals
• Extreme violence & gore — Torture, mutilation, snuff-style content
• Hate speech & discrimination — Content promoting hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Illegal content — Any content that violates applicable laws in any relevant jurisdiction
• Incest — Content depicting sexual acts between family members

3. Permitted Adult Content (NSFW Tier)

Within the NSFW tier, the following is permitted between clearly adult, fictional AI-generated personas only:

• Nudity and explicit sexual content
• Consensual sexual scenarios between fictional adults
• Fetish content that does not violate the prohibited categories above
• Artistic and erotic content

All personas must appear clearly adult (18+). All scenarios must depict consensual situations.

4. Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated filters and manual review to enforce this Content Policy:

• Prompt filtering — Automated systems scan prompts for prohibited keywords and patterns before generation
• Output scanning — Generated images may be scanned for prohibited content
• User reporting — Users can report content that violates this policy
• Manual review — Our team reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

• In-app — Use the report/flag feature on any content
• Email — Send reports to [email protected]

For urgent reports of illegal content (especially CSAM), email us directly for the fastest response. We aim to review and act on all reports within 24 hours.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy will result in:

• First offense (minor violations) — Warning and content removal
• Repeat offenses — Temporary suspension
• Severe violations — Immediate permanent ban without refund
• Illegal content — Immediate ban, content preserved as evidence, reported to law enforcement

We reserve sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation and what enforcement action is appropriate.

7. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you generate complies with this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. You are also responsible for how you distribute and use generated content on third-party platforms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
