Content Policy

MintFace is a creator-workflow platform for generating photorealistic fictional AI personas across lifestyle, fashion, fitness, portrait, and editorial imagery. This Content Policy defines what is and is not permitted on our platform. All users must comply with this policy at all times.

1. Red Lines — Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MintFace. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• CSAM — any content depicting, sexualizing, or implying minors in a sexual context. Zero tolerance. This includes any depiction of individuals who appear to be under 18, "aged up" depictions of characters originally depicted as minors, and any sexualization of minors regardless of artistic style. Violations are reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and applicable reporting bodies.
• NCII (Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery) — synthetic intimate imagery of any real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. This includes deepfakes, "revenge" imagery, and any depiction of a real person in an intimate context they have not authorized.
• Sexual exploitation of minors — any depiction, whether real or AI-generated.
• Non-consensual scenarios — depictions of rape, sexual assault, coercion, or any non-consensual scenario.
• Graphic violence — realistic gore, torture, mutilation, snuff-style content, or content intended to shock or harass.
• Identity fraud — content designed to deceive viewers into believing a real person endorsed, said, or did something they did not, or to impersonate real individuals.
• Bestiality / Zoophilia — content involving animals in a sexual context.
• Incest — content depicting sexual acts between family members.
• Hate speech & discrimination — content promoting hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Illegal content — any content that violates applicable laws in any relevant jurisdiction.

2. Permitted Content

MintFace supports creator workflows across lifestyle, fashion, fitness, portrait, and editorial imagery. All personas generated on MintFace are entirely fictional AI-generated characters and must appear clearly adult. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the laws and platform terms applicable to your distribution channel.

3. Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated filters and manual review to enforce this Content Policy:

• Prompt filtering — automated systems scan prompts for prohibited keywords and patterns before generation.
• Output scanning — generated images may be scanned for prohibited content.
• User reporting — users can report content that violates this policy.
• Manual review — our team reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

• In-app — use the report/flag feature on any content.
• Email — send reports to [email protected].

For urgent reports of illegal content (especially CSAM), email us directly for the fastest response. We aim to review and act on all reports within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy will result in:

• First offense (minor violations) — warning and content removal.
• Repeat offenses — temporary suspension.
• Severe violations — immediate permanent ban without refund.
• Illegal content — immediate ban, content preserved as evidence, reported to law enforcement.

We reserve sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation and what enforcement action is appropriate.

6. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the action. Include your account email and a brief explanation. Appeals related to Red Line violations (Section 1) are not eligible for reinstatement.

7. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you generate complies with this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. You are also responsible for how you distribute and use generated content on third-party platforms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
