DMCA & Content Removal

1. Overview
MintFace respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices for copyrighted material. We also take immediate action on reports of illegal or prohibited content.
2. Prohibited Content — Immediate Removal
The following content will be removed immediately upon discovery or report, without the need for a formal DMCA notice:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero tolerance. Reported to law enforcement and applicable reporting bodies.
- Bestiality / Zoophilia — Content involving animals in sexual contexts.
- Non-consensual / Rape content — Depictions of sexual assault or coercion.
- Real identifiable individuals — Content depicting real people without their consent.
- Copyrighted material — Used without authorization.
- Any content violating applicable laws
Users who create or distribute prohibited content will have their accounts permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.
3. How to Report Content
If you encounter illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content on our platform, report it through:
- In-app reporting — Use the flag/report feature on any content
- Email — Send reports to [email protected]
For urgent reports of illegal content (especially CSAM), please email us directly for the fastest response.
4. DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on MintFace in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material with sufficient information to locate it (URLs, screenshots, or descriptions)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

6. Response Timeline
We strive to respond to all content removal requests as quickly as possible:
- Illegal content (CSAM, bestiality, etc.) — Immediate removal upon verification
- DMCA copyright notices — Within 24-48 hours
- Other content reports — Within 24-72 hours
7. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location on the Service
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any judicial district if you are outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or our content policies. This includes users who:
- Receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices
- Repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content
- Repeatedly violate our Content Policy after warnings
9. Good Faith
Please note that filing a false DMCA takedown notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, consider consulting an attorney before filing a notice.
