WARNING: MintFace is an AI-powered adult content generation service. This service can generate NSFW content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By using MintFace, you confirm that you are of legal age to view and generate adult content in your location.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintFace ("the Service"), operated by MintFace ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintFace provides AI-generated photorealistic personas using custom LoRA training. All generated personas are entirely fictional characters created by artificial intelligence. No real person's likeness is used or reproduced. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintentional.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you certify that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to view adult content in your location.

Access to Suggestive and NSFW content tiers requires additional age verification through a third-party provider. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree to use MintFace in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Content depicting minors — You may not create content depicting minors or individuals who appear to be minors in any context, sexual or otherwise. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
• Real people without consent — You may not create content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit written consent.
• Non-consensual content — You may not create content depicting rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual scenarios.
• Bestiality / zoophilia — Content involving animals in sexual contexts is strictly prohibited.
• Violence & gore — Content promoting violence, torture, or extreme harm.
• Hate speech & discrimination — Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Illegal content — Any content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Harassment — Using generated content to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
• Deepfakes for deception — Representing AI-generated content as real photographs of actual people with intent to deceive.
• System abuse — Attempting to reverse-engineer models, bypass safety filters, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations.

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5. Content Tiers

MintFace offers three content tiers:

• SFW — Safe-for-work lifestyle, fashion, and marketing content
• Suggestive — Artistic, implied, and lingerie content (age verification required)
• NSFW — Explicit adult content (18+ only, age verification required)

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the laws and platform terms applicable to your jurisdiction and distribution channels.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the AI-generated images you create through MintFace, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes according to your subscription plan. MintFace retains rights to the underlying models, algorithms, training infrastructure, and all platform content (text, graphics, logos, design).

By using our service, you acknowledge that AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for your use of generated content and must ensure compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Payments, Credits & Refunds

By purchasing a subscription or credits through MintFace, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are processed via cryptocurrency (through NOWPayments.io) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of initial purchase if no content has been generated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice via email or website. Unused credits are non-refundable upon account termination.

8. Content Disclaimer

MintFace is an adult entertainment service that generates NSFW content using artificial intelligence. All generated content is entirely fictional and computer-generated. No real persons are depicted. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and unintentional.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. We make no warranties about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images. You use the service at your own risk and are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

We do not endorse, condone, or promote any illegal activities. Generated content should not be used to harass, defame, or harm others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintFace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated images, reputational damage, financial loss, or legal consequences from your use of generated content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MintFace, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MintFace at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, creation of prohibited content, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and all associated data, including generated content. Unused credits and remaining subscription time are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of MintFace is incorporated, as updated on this page upon entity formation. Until such time, disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Force Majeure

MintFace shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages (such as AI provider downtime, payment processor disruptions, or hosting failures), cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.

16. AI-Generated Content Notice

All content produced by MintFace is entirely AI-generated. No real persons are depicted. All personas are fictional characters created by artificial intelligence.
